Website use

Content on this site is informational. Service descriptions and prices are guides for scoping conversations and do not constitute a binding offer. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for competing commercial databases.

Engagements

Campaign work begins only after a written briefing confirmation (email or signed order) that states outlets, dates, fees, and deliverables. Changes requested after confirmation may adjust fees and timelines.

Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate product information, legal claims, samples or kits as agreed, and any retailer introductions required for booking. Clients warrant that sampling materials comply with Thai labelling, advertising, and food-safety rules applicable to their category.

Our responsibilities

We provide campaign planning, staffing coordination, and reporting as described in the confirmed brief. We are not responsible for retailer decisions outside our control, including last-minute slot cancellations by the store, or for sell-out outcomes that depend on pricing and distribution beyond the sampling event.

Intellectual property

Site copy, branding, and original report templates remain ours. Client product marks remain the client’s. Campaign photographs may be used in our portfolio unless the brief states otherwise in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from a campaign is limited to fees paid for that campaign. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or listing opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless parties agree to mediation first.
